Dear Whittier HS Class of '61,
We would like to invite you to our Class of '62 50th Reunion on Saturday, October 13, 2012, at the Radisson Hotel in Whitter. Please come on Friday and stay through Sunday if you like. Attached you will find the application to make your reservations. There will also be a group who will be playing golf on Friday.
Please feel free to invite graduates from other classes. Gary and I feel it's only fair since we attend everyone else's reunions.

Happy new year to all Cardinals!
Yes, you have been eagerly awaiting the mementos of the reunion events you may have ordered. Last weekend (January 21,) the video/DVDs were put into the mail, from Raines Video, in Portland, Oregon ( 800 654-8277). Though much of the US has been experiencing discouraging weather, the DVDs should have already arrived this week. Some Cardinals have already shared with me how much fun they are having watching it, and how happy they are with the finished product. So if you are not someone who ordered one, it is not too late to call the company.
For those ordering the Memory Book from Reunion Photographers, Santa Ana, CA, the books remain a work-in-progress. Our vendors record many reunions every weekend, and with four work holidays since October, they are catching up. So, your patience is requested.

Good news! Our 50th reunion video/DVDs were mailed in late January. February 28th the Memory Books went into the mailing system - - bulk mail. "Bulk mail" translates into - - the packet will be delivered by the USPO as is convenient. Some Californians have received their books, and others are still checking their mailboxes.
If you missed ordering, did not receive ordering information, or wish to order more, here is the information for both vendors.

Very best wishes for your 2012, with fond memories of our 50th reunion in 2011. We smiled, laughed, scratched our heads trying to recognize one another, hugged, and shed some tears as we said farewell. Three days of reminiscing are now new history. We did truly miss those Cardinals who were not there to celebrate!
